Lonches Laguneros brings a gastronomic tradition from a region of Mexico known as "La Comarca Lagunera" this corresponds to the cities of Torreon Coahuila, Gómez Palacio and Lerdo Durango.

"El lonche" is a typical dish different from the mexican traditional "torta" (sandwish). The name "lonche" came as a result of the coexistence of people from the Comarca Lagunera and Americans in the XIX century.

The "Lonche lagunero" consist of a delicious seasoned meat and a hand made crafted bread, named Lagunero French bread, along with a substantial portion of avocado.
